About Nexterior

A Structured Approach to Residential Interiors

Nexterior began in August 2024 with a technology-led approach to improving how interior projects are planned and managed. Interior execution operations began in April 2025, bringing that structured approach into real residential projects.

Today, Nexterior works on full-modular and semi-modular residential interiors, with projects across Hyderabad and select markets in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

The focus is simple: clear planning, thoughtful design and disciplined execution.

What we believe

Clarity before commitment

Scope, cost and schedule are written down and agreed before execution begins, so nobody is negotiating from memory later.

Design that can be built

Every drawing is tested against buildability, lead time and budget. A design that cannot survive execution is not a design.

Accountability in one place

We are not freelancers, aggregators or middlemen. One team is answerable for both the design and the delivered result.

Restraint over decoration

Proportion, material and light do more for a home than added elements. We remove before we add.
